About 30 to 40 scuba divers took advantage of a free day of diving on New Years day at Guppy Gulch. More photos and video at:

A group of students were wishing they went to Florida to do their checkout dives this weekend. However, they survived the cold tempatures of the quarry. Maybe a few will be back for the New Years day dive in a few weeks.

Join us for a FREE day of diving at Guppy Gulch on New Year’s Day. The Gulch will be open for diving plus we will have chilli, hotdogs and drinks for free. Start the new year out right with an underwater adventure – Gates to the quarry will open at 12 noon.

Time is running out to get a dive in at the Gulch. Get your gear and head to the Gulch this weekend before we close for the season.

Nice weather for a checkout dive. However, with the sun low on the horizon the water was a little dark.

Ken led a group from the Aquatic Connection on their certification dives over the weekend. The weather, water and visibility were fantastic.
